A Brief Background All About Me

I worked in the computer business for 36+ years and I saw how the technologies changed and improved tremendously. I retired in 1999 after spending the last 12 years working as a Senior Computer Technical Specialist. My job consisted of installing and repairing large computer systems all over the world. I enjoyed my retirement as you can see. But,I needed to do something more.

Why I got involved with clean renewable energy.

The advance to new technologies was not happening very fast in the Energy field. After I retired, I was introduced to the Clean, Renewable Energy business by a friend and decided to join this company called Krystal Planet out of Kansas City,Ks. in 2004.

I was very intrigued by Troy Helming,the founder and his ideas which are published in a book 'The Clean Power Revolution'.If you want to see what motivated me you can order this book at Amazon.com The company had the experts to design and install their products anywhere in the world.

They have licensed distributor agreements with many of the major manufacturers of the renewable energy products as well as agreements with licensed contractors in every state. I could therefore,just market the products as an independent Energy Sales Consultant.

Since then,I started purchasing Green Tags every month,which are renewable energy credits or REC's. Each green tag requires your power company to purchase 1000 kwh of clean renewable energy from a producer of this non-polluting energy. It was a way,that I could claim I was using clean renewable energy without the high up front costs.

I installed one of our Fitch Fuel Catalysts in my vehicle and increased my gas mileage by 20% and reduced carbon emissions and engine maintenenance costs.I also increased power without paying a premium price for the higher octane gasoline.

I also installed CFL lamps in the most used lighting fixtures that had the standard incandescent bulbs. I have installed a Tankless Water Heater to save 60% on my water heating bills as well. Last year I installed a 14 SEER  Carrier Heat Pump and Air Conditioning Unit with a 5-2 day programmable thermostat to save more on my electric bills.

These are examples of the first steps we need to take in saving energy and cutting our energy costs and eliminating our dependance on foreign oil and polluting power plants.

Now we have more rebates and incentives that make clean renewable energy more affordable.

The whole world is becoming more industrialized and using more energy. Now is the time to convert to clean renewable energy and reduce or eliminate our dependence on foreign fossil fuels. With the new administration interested in converting to clean renewable energy,this technology should become more affordable with new rebates and other incentives.
